Awesome Ide love to hear the review as I'm looking into a new single pedal here in the next coming months, I just ordered a 13X6 Blonde Birdseye maple Black Panther snare from Shane this weekend it should be here Friday and I'll post a review of this badboy since I haven't yet seen ANY reviews for this beaut.
Ide recommend all of you to check out just drums website for all your future purchases, shane has been great to work with. |

Congrats on the new toy! If my SM wasn't a wedding gift from my very soon-to-be wife (Wedding is this Saturday...) I'd sell ya the SM and get myself a stave kit. =) Not that I don't LOVE my studio maples but... there's just something cool about a stave kit.
What pedals have you used in the past?

I used the Taye pedal that came with the set for about two weeks, just didn't cut it. And I have been using a DW 7000 since then. Can't wait to try this bad boy. Triple sided beater, double chain, deep dish lug nuts, oversized cam shaft, grunt grunt grunt, (Tim Allen man grunt) Only kidding. Just a great pedal and I shall give it a work out

What I liked about this pedal is that's totally adjustable in every which way you can imagine. It's a great pedal for sure.

Certainly looks like a beauty. Shane, it appears you run a tight ship my friend, be proud of your business.
Gruntersdad, you mention you use a DW7000. What happened to the Vex? |

Any updates on what you think of the pedal now that you've had it for about 2 weeks? I'm curious because I have a problem with my foot drifting and hitting the left post on most pedals. I've been looking for a pedal without a left post and this may be worth looking into.

Well Rob...its just there. It works great. Shane (Groove) gave me a tip when I ordered it to get the chain plumb or straight down from the shaft to the front of the pedal and it was a God send. I love the toe-stop. Not creeping forward, just there waiting for me to stomp on it. Between this pedal and the EMAD on the new Gretsch bass drum...Cannon. I took the pedal off three days ago and played with every adjustment possible, and it took a while. This thing is great and props to Shane for carrying it his store.

That has to be frustrating. If you have a pedal that doesnt feel right, you know it but when you have a physical problem its hard to determine.
