headset mic

have no idea what to look for when searching online... does anyone have any suggestions for a good headset mic? i hear you have to watch out for ones that pick up a lot of cymbal and snare wash....and the less visible, the better. thanks much

Why don't you ask Jeff Indyke about that... I'd be curious to hear what he has to say about headset mics.

I use a Shure SM10A low impedance unidirectional headset mic. It works well for me. See the attached pictures.

If you truly want invisible check out Country Man mics. We use them at our church and they sound really nice and are almost invisible!!
