Speed King Speed?

I recently bought a new speed king pedal. Anyone know the right way to adjust it?

Well ya got beater height and two spring adjustments, not much else goin on there. You can adjust the springs on the bottom of each post. My vintage pedals just screwed w/ a flat head I don't know if they've changed them.
