Looking good, but geez, from what I caught of that finish in the pictures those look great. Where are the front view pics? Beside that good move on the heads, never tried the SK1 myself but have heard good things (pardon the pun). Nice cymbals too, must be a blast to play!

Your kit is really nice! almost the same as one of Mike's kits.

SK1's are too good. so much better than sk2s in my opinion. How have you got yours tuned?

Thanks bro. Some front view pics are in my sig. This is my first go with an SK1. Diggin' it a lot. I love my K's and HHX's. They match perfect imo and indeed the kit IS a blast to play.

ironcobra - Same as about one twentieth of one of Mike's kits. :)

punkdrummer1 - Thanks!

superbatmat - I've heard a lot about these heads both here and from my drum store salesperson (and good friend) , so I took his and all of your words for it and I am really likin' 'em.

drumbandit - I have them tuned to finger tight plus about a complete turn with the drum key. I wanted to try this particular one after having heard lots of great things about it.

a1DrummerT - I was actually going to try the Chad Smith sticks. They were my 2nd choice, but after using the Weckl one's, they were a better feel for me. I may give the funk blasters a go next time.

Thanks a lot guys.

Peace.

Looks great. Are the SK1's anything like the EMAD's do you know?
