Default First timer on drummerworld here are my pics of my drumset. mapex/pearl

im not gona bother doing all the demensions cz im just mostly here for the pics.. its a pearl export 20th anyversary drumkit so the shells are extra deep.. my mapex is like 8 years old. its called venus series.. im 16 and iv been drumming for 9 years

i see your a sabian user? how does the mapex snare and the tambourine food pedal work out for you... i had to imagine myself playing it for a second because if i were playing the mapex snare id have to be hurting stretching my hand to play the hi hat. lol but i dig your set up

Love that tambourine attachment. Though it seems like your aux snare and that tom are a bit of a streatch. but none the less your kit still looks nice. dig the stack.

lol i had it set u like that before but then i just changed it back to the basic 5 peice.

Very cool! You're 16?? Wow, I bought my first used kit at 16, and it was a 4-piece with junk cymbals. It took me another year just to add a cymbal or two! Nice!!

just a question...but i see you have 2 bass drums...why have a double pedal to just one?...

k thats my pic from last year. i have a 18 bass drum i dont use and i just clamped the pedal on it so it wouldnt move.. but now with my current pics above ul see i dont have my 18 bass set up. its like put away.. i knew i was gona get asked about that. hahaha

Could you hit those high hats at all?
I like your kit but it's always a shame to see an 18" put to waste. Make sure to keep that, they're very handy.

i wanna use it as a 18 inch floor tm next to my 16 inch coated loor tom but i have no way of putting it on a flat angle or anything close to it.. i want to be like neil peart how he has his 18 inch floor tom on a angle...
