Nope, not banned, but I guess I'm missing the point of your post if it isn't to sell the domain name. You didn't really say much else except that you announced the sale somewhere else as well.

Unfortunately what you are doing is very close to "Cyber Squatting" and it is considered a very low form of doing business. In fact in most cases it's illegal. But, you know, good luck with that.
