Default 2 Down, 0 Up?

Anyone have/had a set up with a bass, snare, and two floor toms? Post some pics please.

There's a one-down kit somewhere around here, in a thread about small kits I think.

I have a four-up, no-down kit.

That's arguable. I'd say yours is closer to 3up 1 down. but whatever.

Well, it's mounted, and it's above the bass drum, which I think are the criteria for an "up" drum, despite its size.

A kid at my school in this hip-hop/funk outfit uses 0 up, 1 down.

That's a good point. The 14-inch "floor tom" is suspended and angled higher and steeper than a floor tom with legs. But it's also larger and lower than a rack tom. It certainly functions like a floor tom, since it occupies that place, but it's not angled or mounted like a floor tom. It is arguable.
