Default my new bop set WIP

A few months back i made a pink snare, and just a few weeks ago there was the black snare. Im currently working on a weird bop set just for fun. The shells were like $10 to $30 so its WAY cheaper then normal.

Im doing the pink stain with high gloss tung oil.
sizes are

12X5 tom
16X9 floor
18X12 bass

I just got the tom today and stained it, I will post pictures to night i hope if not then 2marrow

where the hell did you get shells for $10-30?!

... on second thought, PM me those details. :)
Oh, and the sizes sound delicious, but pink stain? Hope it comes out better than it sounds.

bargin bin at drum foundry i check it like every day you never really know what you will be depth wise but they give you a really good idea. The pink is pretty cool. here is a pic of the snare i did. the snare is a mix of old ludwig and slingerland hardware but this set will have All new stuff. I just wanted an off the wall colour and that was the first thing that poped into my head. my bassest if going to get a matching mark hoppus sig so i wont be the only one...

Hi, how did you get the 18x12 ? In the bargain bin it says it goes up to 8 3/4 - 9 3/4.

i got the 18'' in the middle of the school year. The only shell i recently got was the 12'' tom. sometimes you just have to wait till you find something you think you will be able to use. I got my

18X12 8 ply
16X7 8 ply
16X9 6 ply
and 14X5somethings i think

during the school year. the bargin bin is updated every once in while so you have to wait sometimes for something good but you always have to take a chance

That looks so great! It takes a real man to play a pink kit... I bet it'll look great in a dimly lit club as well. Can't wait to see photos of it finished!
