Default Mapex M-birch Finally finshed!

heres my Mapex M birch, iv posted it a few times but here the most recent. (and a older pic)

22x18 bass

8x8 (Evans g2 coated)
10x8(Evans g2 coated)
12x9 (Evans g2 coated)
14x11(Evans g2 coated)

14x5.5 ( Remo Ambassador ) Soon to get a black panther!


Cymbals:
15" AAX Stage hats
17"AAX Stage crash
20"AAX Stage ride
6" AAX Stage splash
18"AAX Dark Crash
15" HHX hat (used as china as it has a trashy sound)

iron cobra single pedal.

The drums look great, but yeah how do you play with such flat toms? They don't really seem very low which could make them playable when so flat.

cheers, i find them really easy to play.i sit quite high aswell .
and yeh it sounds amazing with the evans heads :)

Your setup is almost identical to mine except that your rack toms seem so far away from your set and as said previously very flat. The tall issue I can see with the flatness but the distance away from the center of your set seems extreme. As in my avatar and I,m only 5'8", but if it works I guess it works.

i know what you mean. iv had my kit setup in mainy ways.but i seem to find this really easy to get around even if it doesnt look it.

That tom's even further away that with a rail mount...
But maybe you have long arms..or sticks... :)
