...My fave is my 20" HH Manhattan ride.

It is dark, washy, has no bell to speak of, and crashes like Lindsay Lohan driving home from a club. I have had this cymbal for almost ten years now, and it plus my HH dark hats would be the only drum gear that I would rush into a burning building to save.

Well I've got a swag of A Customs and a beautiful HHX Manhattan crash.
But, overall, I couldn't be without my 8" Zildjian Edge Flash Splash. It was the first piece of gear I bought brand new when I was 13, and it's never not been on a setup of mine.
I'd be devastated if it was ever destroyed or stolen.

So yeah, a budget 8" splash, purely for sentimental reasons.

This was Neil Peart's ride until he switched to Sabian.

Although I'm a Zildjian man now...my favorite peice of metal through all of my years of playing has to be my 18" Paiste Signature Full Crash. I still own it, but it has a small crack in it. If I switch back to Paiste's, I will be buying another one.

16" Paiste Sound Formula Full Crash. (the 17" sig fast crash ain't too shabby either) She's served me well over the past however many years I've had it.

i find that out of all of the paragons, his rides is the only that feels like your not playing on a trash can lid. i had the 20" crash, had no feel to it. replaced it with a Z Custom medium crash, same size

My drool-worthy slab of metal is my 24" Paiste 2002 Ride. The thing has such a colorful wash to it, I almost like crashing it more than riding on it. I love all of my 2002 and signature crashes, but this one is always the first to get hit every practice session.

my 19 aaxplosion crash, i lost it, then replaced it with the exact same model about 4 months later, just knowing the sound i wanted was there when i was playing our set was such a relief, instead of thinking which cymbal i would hit and in what fashion, i just hit it the way i always used to. Played the best i had since i lost the first one.

Rides as well as it fills a venue.
love it

Right now, I'm most pleased with my new 14" Sabian HHX Groove Hats. They were an upgrade from a pair of Sabian xs20 Rock hats and the difference is astounding. The Groove's just have so much more touch.

Yeah, thread already been done.

But my Zidljian A 16" Thin Crash. One of a kind literally. I think somthing happened in the factory or somthin because it sounds ridiculously good. Usually they dont even sound that great, but mine sounds completley different.

Im set with that cymbal.

I have that in brilliant finish, it's so brilliant! My favourite would still be my 22" A Zildjian medium heavy ride from 1973.
