you would need an x-hat holder - basically a cymbal arm made to hold two cymbals, hi-hats that are always closed
if you want to be able to open and close them, however, you would need a remote hi-hat stand

like this, the first one scroll down those are the closed ones which is what it looks like is used in the video, the second one allows a remote foot peda so you can open and close.

it all depends on what you want to do with the 2nd pair to your right. if you want to be able to play them with the pedal and open/close them, you need a remote hat. If you want them high up, on an angle, or out of the range of a normal hihat stand, you need an x-hat off a cymbal stand. I just took an old hihat stand someone was throwing out, cut the top of the pull rod off to fit it under cymbals and put it between my 2 floor toms. works great.

I use the Tama version of this. I had the DW but the Tama just seemed to fit the application better for me, at least.

I wanted the same thing, kept them closed on a Dog Arm attachment, but needed better control.
The DW 9000 Remote Hi Hat stand on my right works great, using Zildjian New Beat Hats
And K Custom Hats as my main Hi Hat Choice.
Different sounds for Different Music, love it!!

Fourstringdrums made his own secondary hihat holder (non-functioning, it just holds the hats). See it at http://drummerworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23459

it seems like (i dont know for sure) that most people in this thread mean that both of the pedals of both sets of hi hats are on their left side so only one foot can control one hat.

the way i wanted mine was to have pedals on both the left and right sides so i can control both at once. in that case i could just fit another hit hat stand to my right side right?

yeah, if you want double pedal hihats you could probably fit one in on the right side, or if there isn't space for the whole stand you could get a remote stand with a short 2 or 4 foot cable and set it up wherever you wanted.
