I want to donate my kit...help!

I'm going to get a new kit in less than a year possibly. I'd like to donate my old kit. I was wondering if there's an organization that collects old instruments. I'd prefer to give it to somebody in New Orleans ,La because of the great blues music and the fact that they've suffered a horrible hurricane. Any help is great. thanks

Definitely check out the Tipitinas one. A lot of New Orleans schools had to toss their band instruments.

I donated my old set to my middle school, because they were using a peice of junk set that was almost un-playable.
