wheww...good set...and a very interessting cymbal set-up!

but what is the reason for setting cymbals up so high?? Are you a tall man? Or did you learn it like this?

Because I have my cymbals very low, even when playing a rock gig......

Karl

Hey Karl, I thought the same thing. But in the picture were he is bent over you get a better idea on where the cymbals are. To me it looks like cymbals are at the right height and the drums are too low. Or he sits pretty high. It looks like he is going to hit his leg every time he does a rim shot. Is this true Anson? Oh yeah, nice drums and setup.

Now, if you could get away with refinishing your kit with that wallpaper trim, that's when you know you're either tough or connected. It'd be sort of like this, but much more feminine...

either I'm THAT drunk, or those are Yamaha tom mounts... did you do that? Or is that something else PDP is copping out on now...

Nice finish. That matte look is starting to grow on me.

and what does the single DW kick pedal do?

Sweet PACIFIC!!!!
Love these drums man. Also an owner.

It does seem like your drums are a bit low, or your cymbals are too high, but hey...whatever is comfortible.

look at benny greb's solo in montreal, his drums are really low, but he gets around everything great.

P.S. nice set, we have the same sizes, heads, and bd pedal xD

Well, I have an older Pacific and it has the same mounts. Mine's the same model as his.

I don't like it.
