Default Cymbal arms

Hey all you at drummerwolrd! Hey, is it possible to put a cymbal where the high and medium toms go on the bass drum? I'm thinking about maybe getting a tom stand and putting the high and medium toms off to the side and then I thought it would be pretty convenient to have a ride or something right there on the bass drum.

On 4-piece setups I use a Gibraltar grabber arm to mount the ride to the tom mount.

On 5-piece setups I put a crash on the same type of mount to save floor space.

You can and I have. You may get some vibration that will sound like a hum on crashes;

Lots of cool ideas. It just makes the point that theres no one way to setup a drum kit. I don't know if any of you remember my story, how I lost one foot to an accident and I drum with a right foot prosthetic.

So thanks for all the creative ways to drum!
