Default Ndugu is still fighting!

On my FB page, Stan from Pro Drum in Hollywood reported that as of 4:45 this Saturday (it's 1am Sunday morning as I write this), Ndugu is still fighting for his life!

So contrary to the popular opinion here , he has not passed away. I do hope that he is indeed still fighting! I know Stan wouldn't post misinformation, being very close to the man himself.

I hope so-- some people from SC are on Facebook saying he died yesterday. Would be amazing if he pulled through.

Rolling Stone says that they've confirmed his death: https://www.rollingstone.com/music/n...-at-65-w516319.

While I've unknowingly heard a lot of his work, I didn't realize who he was. I wish his name had come up here under better circumstances, but his work is clearly a lasting tribute.
