Default Elvin jones snare just bought, signed..by who?

Need help identifying these 2 signatures. I have no idea.

Please? Anyone?

Lol, smiley mc smiley pants...lol..

That Keith Carlock signature (allegedly) matches signature on his signature drumstick line, so it could be him. I sent him a tweet and asked if he recognized it. Also if he recognized the snare. He did play Yamaha’s at one point in that same exact finish. I’m thinking the drum might have been his? Otherwise what’s the point of getting Keith Carlock to sign an Elvin Jones signature drum?. Weird
