I have just got a Yamaha HH65 Electronic Hi-Hat Pedal off eBay,I received it today and noticed that it only has one Socket,I know nothing about them but would the lead that's used be a Stereo Y-Lead ?,Could anyone help me?,I'm using it with a Yamaha DTXpress IV.Thank you.P.S. Could someone tell me what kind of Pad needs to be used with this Pedal,a Zone 1,2 or 3 ?.

The DTXpress IV manual has some useful info about pads and settings on pages 9 & 14-16. If you don't have a copy it's available from this link: http://www2.yamaha.co.jp/manual/pdf/...4_en_om_d0.pdf

The HH65 pedal uses a standard stereo lead and pads equipped with trigger switches like the TP65S, PCY65S, & PCY130S can be connected to the HI HAT input which is a stereo input type jack.
