Default Anyone know what these parts are?

Got these in with a big lot of misc. drum parts. I've never seen them before.

Looks like some kinda bongo/conga style tension rods. No idea what the bar thingy is. Oh wait, thats it. Its a bar thingy!

I think Mr Polack nailed it. The claws look like bongo/conga claws and the bar thingy, if I may use the technical term, looks like it could be a percussion mount for an older cowbell or something. A early version of one of these: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/drums...owbell-u-clamp

Little mount looks like an old triangle mount that's missing the cord that you put the triangle through to suspend it.
