Default gibraltar rack

hi guys, i am going to buy a gibraltar rack and i just cant understand why these two racks are different prices...

The second one has cymbal arm clamps inside the down tube. Yes, I need to clean my rack up.

sorry, it was how I opened the links. The basic curved one doesn't have this. Going off the pics alone, the basic comes with 2 other clamps.

Looks like the way the T-legs attach to the vertical, is different.
