I just wanted to give a public shout out and say thank you to Robert Caniglia, rep for ProMark/D'Addario. He was very pro-active in offering to help out after coming across a thread here in which I mentioned having problems with some ProMark sticks. I didn't approach him or try to return the sticks - he asked ME, which I thought was awesome. He took very good care of me, and I appreciate it. It's nice to see outstanding customer service, and it'll make a difference the next time I purchase sticks. Thanks, Robert!
