Default Build drum room in garage

Building a drum room in detach garage... Room will be 12x14. Will use two of the existing walls to make it easier. One wall has the access door, the other having a window. I'll add a roof as well. Question... Is a floor needed to prevent moisture ( it's concrete) or is it fine without? Or maybe just a riser for the drums to keep them off the floor?

Where do you live? If you experience cool night in the summer with hot days then you will experience humidity and moisture

I live in Kentucky. Fairly humid. Summer the night are usually 60 to 70 degrees... Days are 85 to 95.

I just did that exact thing 4 or 5 months ago. My room is 8.5 by 14. I live in Az so I just left the concrete and put carpet and pad down. I did add an AC/heat unit which works well.
