Default Prayers from Mulgrew Miller

I don't know how many people are aware of this, but one of the greatest piano players to have ever lived (and someone I had the distinct honor of studying with) had a stroke a few days ago. CUrrently he is in the ICU. This is his second stroke (the first occurred while I was still at William Paterson University) and a huge blow to the jazz community. Any positive energy can be better than nothing. Mulgrew is and always has been a strong tough presence while remaining a sensitive musician and educator.

I meant PRAYERS FOR Mulgrew Miller, can anyone possibly change the title? It would mean a lot. This legend needs all the thoughts and energy we can muster.

R.I.P Mulgrew Miller.

Truly one of the greats of our time. I was looking for a clip of him playing and there are many great ones. Instead I will share this from a clinic that I thought was also great advice for us drummers.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lM46...C7A6AB86EAAA62
