Default Thanks, Drummerworld!

I recently had to cannibalize my two boom mic stands in order to get one working one. It's an On Stage stand that I got from Banjo Center, so it's just a matter of time before this one buys the farm. Anyway, i was in the market for a new stand and I remembered a thread a couple of months ago on this subject.

Long story short: I just received a K&M 210/9B stand via Fedex. This thing is really solidly built and the adjustments are very smooth. I wanted to buy a stand that would last for more than a couple of years and this definitely fits the bill. It cost $85 which is more than twice what the On Stage stand cost, but I feel that in the long run this will be less expensive than the Banjo Center crap.
