Default Dixon PSO-900 Rack

I have just been given the opportunity to acquire this rack from a friend. It is 3 sided, and comes with 8 clamps, plus some extra tubes if I desire to change the sizes/lengths of the sides. Here's the kicker; it's only 125$.

I have some Dixon boom arm attachments, and they hold up extremely well.
So my question is this: does anyone know of the durability of this rack? I have been unable to find any reviews concerning it, so any personal anecdotes would be welcome.

I'm not looking for opinions as to whether or not I should or shouldn't use a rack; I'm just curious about this particular rack.

Cheers!
