Default Pearl drummers forum

Hello everybody!
Do you also can not complete the registration process at Pearl's forum?
I've got a confirmation link, followed it and then try to get to my account settings or make a post and got this message:

"If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

I've tried to register several times, but the admin never approves my account before it expires. I tried to contact them, but got no answer. So, is it just me or their registration process is in a coma?
I need to post at Pearl's first aid thread or contact any of the tech support staff. I already sent a message to Gene Okamoto, but looks like he no longer work at Pearl, because his account at the forum is marked as a guest.

Does anyone know an e-mail of someone from Pearl, who can help me?

This probably isn't the place to ask this.

Gene just retired and was replaced by Kevin Packard. I don't know if either of them really handled tech support as part of their job, but if your felt Gene was the right person to ask, you can feel confident asking Kevin instead. He's in the Nashville facility.

Note that with Summer NAMM coming up next week, things are pretty busy for everyone at Pearl, you might not get a speedy answer.

I'd say contact Pearl instead of using the forum.

If you have to use the forum for some reason, all I can is - keep trying.

It took me about a year to get registered there. I'd try a few times, then give up and forget about it for a few months. Then I'd remember it was there and try again.
Eventually, something got through. I don't post much there though - LOL

I've got no reply nor from admin, nor from any e-mail of Pearl's staff that I know and that Bermuda (thanks to him) provided me with.

So, it's an issue from their end then and this is good news, I actually was starting to think that my e-mails somehow can't get through to them.

Same story for me) Tried to register several times since 2010. I usually read forums a lot more than I actually post something, so it never really bothered me. Search tool gives an answer practically to any question that I might have about drums, but sometimes I just can't find some particular bit of info and that's when an ability to post might help.
Will keep trying then...

Do you need a part replaced, or something?

If you just need general info, or something like that, you could try asking here. There's a lot of knowledgeable people who post here that might be able to help you out.

I have had a question about some of the inside parts of my remote hi hat. I wanted to know, if they are original or not, since I bought this stand used a couple of years ago. Those parts are not covered in spare parts catalogue, so, I figured, that a best way was to ask Pearl guys or post on their forum.
But now I actually managed to find a seller and asked him directly, looks like he did a repairing and didn't bother to tell me about it before I purchased the stand.
