Default need quick advice about a 10 year old tama stand. worth to get it?

hi there. i was in the market for buing new stands but just saw an ad for a ΤΑΜΑ ΗΤW 77 WN. i know that new it costs 107 euros (i am in europe)
it is the stand that has also abillity to pount a tom in it

i found an ad where a guys sells it for 80 euros. the think is it is too old. it is from 2003.if i am not mistaken this is a roadpro stand.
my question is if there are many significant changes over those 10 years concerning the tama stand and which are they?
of course i wont buy it for 80 euros but will most definitelly bargain for it. iam thinking to offer 50 euros. for it. is it worth to get it?
i dont really have a use for a tom mount right now and i could get a new tama roadpro HC73BWN for 72 euros. so is it worth it to get it?
in general in the last decade how many changes have happened to the roadpro stands? any ideas? should i get a roadpro stand used after some specific year so i have a stand with significant improvements?
i ask because i have seen another ad for a HC74BWN stand as well.
will also get a used pearl one and was also thinking about the sonor DCS478 double cymbal stand. if someone has any opinions on either of them id like to know. thank you

I have some tama hardware. It is all nice and I never have any issues. My stands are the stage master stands and they are not top of the line, but they are nice and seem durable. Don't run from tama hardware, it is about as good as any from top to bottom in my opinion.

Used stands can be somewhat of a gamble because you never know what they were subjected to with the previous owner. There could be microscopic cracks in the metal, or they could be totally perfect, you never know. I think if you can afford new ones, I'd go that route. The price you're talking about seems a bit high for something that is 10 years old, don't you think?

Both of my Tama single-braced cymbal stands are older than that, and they are still going strong. I have used them with nothing attached to them, and I have used them with toms and cymbal arms attached to them. Peace and goodwill.
