Default Cymbal pads

I'm trying to look for a new cymbal pad. I have a Yamaha DTEXPRESS III brain, and I was wondering if I could buy any other brand cymbal pad besides a yamaha one

Probably, but why would you want too? Yamaha pads are by far the least expensive and best pads available.

Sure most any brand of e-cymbal would work with that module. You could check out Pintech or Hart Dynamic on Ebay to save money.
