Default Opinions on Remo Powerstroke for snare

I've always used a heavy coated white batter for my snare drum (Emperor). Pretty much tried and true with me.....satisfiable sound matched with a bottom Hazy Ambassador after some tuning, with either metal or wood.

Recently I purchased a Pork Pie Clear Acrylic. Kind of a spur of the moment purchase, just to get something different. I'm not going to BS, I like the looks of it. :)

Again just for shits and grins to compliment the look, I'm going to try a clear batter after this stock batter wears out. I was contemplating on either the Powerstroke 3 or 4 clear batter. Still will be using an Ambassador on the snare reso.

Any opinions on these particular heads for a snare batter? Any discernible difference between the 3 and 4? Overtones? I'm not a brush player, so coated isn't necessary.

EDIT: Also a Clear Emperor isn't out of the question either. Just looking for something clear and fairly durable, while eliminating overtones.
