Oops... I think I must have deleted the thread by accident. There was a spam post, I must have done something wrong (deleting the whole thread instead of that spammer - it's where you tick those fields, you know...). I was in a hurry, there was a lot of spam going on (isn't this a close to permanent situation?).
So please take my apology and feel free to recreate the thread. Or throw your stones at me. But hurry up, I'll be off for a run (preparing for my 1st Marathon in 2 months for now) and away for some time.

Arky, I'm convinced all runners are nutters. All the same, I have a lot of respect for the kind of mental skill it takes! Believe it or not, I used to be a serious sportsman and lost the mental discipline to train so I really have a lot of time for people with that kind of discipline.
