Default Tama PM326?

I mean, it has a brass shell, itīs 14x6.5, I hear that itīs from the 80s-90s, It has 8 lugs on each side, It has steel mighty hoops, and Iīm assuming the lugs are called Ļfreedom lugs.Ļ I have no clue if thatīs what it really is. I have no pictures of the actual snare drum. I do have this link to a picture of a snare drum that VERY CLOSELY resembles it:

Sorry, the link is increddibly long, but anywas... a friend of mine wants to sell me one of these for $350. Itīs a little rusty, but I think it can be cleaned up. Would you say itīs a good deal, or how much would you pay for one of these?

$350 is a bit steep i think.... if it was $350 with brand new skins top and bottom and new snarewires then i'd take it, but without that i'd say $250, $280 at max.
