Pearl Export v Sonor 2001

If you already have an export, then not much point getting the sonor its just buying another kit of equal quality. And do you really need a practice kit? If your choosing between sonor and export, as much as I love sonor you really cant go wrong with the export.

DUDE what's the problem im only asking if they are equal quality and people don't reply to old threads. If u don't like it don't post

Sorry Evans, sometimes my replies will reflect how I feel because of the world I live in and I had no reason to respond like that. I hope you can forgive my actions here. I have deleted my posts in an effort to clean up your thread.

Can anyone tell me what model of sonor kit this is ? it seems cheap.

These are called "Special Edition". You can see it on the badge in one of the pictures. I believe they are either basswood or birch from what I've gathered through different links on Google and may be like a 2005 series Sonor. The set in this link here looks exactly like the one you linked to on Ebay and says they are birch. So I'm going to say birch. Don't kill me if you buy them and I'm wrong about that lol. ;) :)

Thanks.. Like i said i know nothing about sonor kits but recently sold my starclassic due to financial status and need a reliable gig kit. I have a 90's Premier APK atm and am experimenting with a few kits.
