Sound problem w/ Hayman DD-10

Hey people,

I just got a Hayman dd-10, its my first electronic kit and works fine except for the crash.

Whenever i use the bass after the crash the sound immediatly stops, the ride works fine, and if i use anything else apart from the bass it also works fine

Any ideas on how to fix this?
