I bought this book ages ago and put the CD onto my itunes, but since then have managed to lose the CD and my itunes died meaning I lost it. Anyway, I've been trying to get the CD as MP3 files, I've even emailed the author but not heard back. Don't suppose anyone on here has a copy they can send me do they?
