Pearl eliminator for roland question

I just got a Roland TD-4 for home practice (great set of e-drums) ..I use a speed cobra on my acoustic set but for the Roland I have a dualist that though I like its taking some getting use to..I have a chance to get a used dbl chain Pearl eliminator for a great price but am a little concerned with the spread on the mallets..is it too much for my Roland rubber pad? are they adjustable so I can get them tighter together? If anyone can help me with either or both questions it would be very helpful...also any general feedback on the pedal would be apprecieated..I think they were top of the line until the demon drive came out..

Not going to be a problem. I've used my Eliminator double on my TD-9, which uses the same kick drum pad.

The Eliminators are amazing pedals too, I highly recommend them.
