Default NYC Area Drum Instructor Wanted.

I'm currently seeking a professional drum instructor. Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:

1. Employed full time in the music business.

2. Have at least 20 years teaching experience

3. Must incorporate extensive set work in their lessons.

4. Must include reading as part of their lesson.

5. Must have studio affiliation in which to give lessons (no garages or converted bedrooms).

Hourly rate of pay will vary between $45.00 and $90.00 per hour based on experience... more if experience calls for it. Be available for 1-2 lessons per week.

You should be located in NYC or one of the surrounding boroughs.

Please respond with your resume and rates.

Well, Nick. I feel it's great that you hold high standards and qualifications for a drum teacher. More students should be that way.

I teach at Drummers Collective as well as my own studio in New Jersey. If you are interested in studying with me, just send me a PM. Or, visit

Good luck, and perhaps wee you soon.
