Tito Puente
Eddie Palmieri
Irakere
Poncho Sanchez
Michel Camilo
Paquito D'Rivera

Those are some of my favorites, all with excellent drumming. They should keep you occupied for a while.

Tito Puente is always a good place to start. Tito recorded an all percussion album called "Puente In Percussion". Some other good Tito Puente albums:

"Dance Mania"
"Tambó"
"El Rey"
"Top Percussion"
"Cuban Carnival"
"Party With Puente"

Some other great artists to check out:

Pancho Sanchez
Carlos "Patato" Valdes
Eddie Palmieri
Tito Rodriguez
Mario Bauza
Machito
Mongo Santamaria
Chucho Valdes
