alesis dm 10 pro set

just got a dm 10 pro set from alesis......first impressions is i luv itt........i did have some setup, but not to bad...ive been playing reg. drum for about 25 years. my question is when i play the bass drum it over rides all other drums or cymbles when hit at the same time, if any one knows how to fix this id really like to hear from u.......i do double and triple bass beats all the time but its killing my other sounds....thanks
