Did a fundraiser for a small local football club, fallen on hard times (Stockport County), which bassman and I are fans of on Saturday.
Said football club has only one online messageboard which tends to form the hub of the social side of the club...everything is organised through there. There are often disagreements, sometimes quite heated. I have been involved in a number. I can be a bit of a sh1t online sometimes (even if a well meaning and generally fair minded one).
Gig went extraordinarily well. But the interesting bit was meeting people who I'd only previously spoken with online, including people I had sparred with.

Absolutely belting night though all round....probably the best our band have had. Which is good as I organised it whoop
