Mapex pedals?

Surprisingly, they seem excellent pedals to me. They have a significantly lower price than the other top manufacturers' pedals and really seem to be functioning flawlessly. And now, they've got the 900 series out, which have double chain drive and still are significantly cheaper than Pearl Eliminators, Tama Iron Cobras, DW 5000 or Yamaha Flying Dragons. They're very simple and solid in construction, they all have the tri-tonal beater and, if i remember correctly, the 900 series pedals also have the independent footboard/beater angles adjustment.
Personally, I only tried the pedals that come standard with the M Birch drums and they really are great.

They're standard stuff is just that, standard.....If you can find the Janus pedals they are much better, and well built.....
