Help identifying snare

I know the badge says Percussion Plus but according to the Percussion Plus Company currently in business this isn't one of theirs. I want to finish building it but I can't find the correct sized tension rods/nuts. I don't have a local music store that could help, and I don't want to try my luck online without having an idea of where to start. Thanks.

First of all, send a pic of the drum to the company.Obviously you spoke to an idiot. The drum is just an aisian made import, and dosen't have any real value.

As far as tension rods, you look like you also need lug inserts,so you can decide what size you need.Standard size is 12/24.

Thanks, I did send a picture and that's when the guy said his company never sold anything like that. All I want to do is get it up and running. I'm hoping the sound will be amazing. I bought it off ebay for $25 about six years ago along with a Ludwig Cadet. I had hoops for it but they were lost during one my many moves. I want to get the Ludwig working too. I have seven snares (too many my wife says) and three are project snares. All it takes is some money.
