Drum strobe lighting!!!

Specifically no.

I know there are midi based lighting systems, and if you put triggers on drums, you could in theory trigger lights via midi from drums.

Look up the vdrum.com forum and look around, I know someone posted a thread on there about building such a rig.

I have one in my kick - looks great (IMO), especially once the double pedal kicks in!

The video you have looks like a different type though, more LED lights than an actual strobe
 
What drumeatdrum says is correct, there are some threads about this on the vdrums forum if you don't mind searching!
