I don't think he's shuffling in this. Sounds straight to me.

Sounds like straight quarter notes on the hats, strong 2 and 4 on the snare, and bass notes are "swung".

Correct, and there's some occasional ghost notes on the snare as well.

Not to interpret it as not swung. The quarters on the hats and 2 and 4 on the snare are all part of the triplet so really the whole thing is swung.
