Lately I've been wondering what would be best to not mess up my body to drink/eat during break and after a gig/jam session, cause I play metal, and 3-4 hours straight, and I get really hot when playing, sometimes even sweaty, and I have a fast metabolism but for some reason I always drink coke when I play, and after I play, and I feel like puking. So what do you guys do? Any suggestions?
