Vic Firth Isolation Headphone Breaks

Hi there!

I purchased a pair of Vic Firth Stereo Isolation headphones and a friend of mine who was a little overzealous to hop on the kit and stepped on them, breaking one of the four joint pieces that allow the headset to fit:

I got the idea that I could fix the headset by using gorilla glue and holding the piece at the right angle (so that it would fit my ears snugly) but it ended up breaking again on its own again. Anyone experienced this issue with these headphones, and if so, any ideas on how to fix them?



Headphones:

In September, I broke my Logitech noise cancellation phone on a flight. I am gentle with things so I don't know how it broke. I just threw it out. Unfortunately, we live in a plastic world and when an item breaks, it is often destined for the trash bin. Bummer.
