What brand? Do you have pics? I bought a 3 1/2 octave Degan with Rosewood bars circa 1918 many years ago and had Degan (now Musser) re tune the bars. It was (is) a good quality instrument and worth dealing with. I unfortunately don't use it much. The price seems very reasonable and if the instrument is sound (no pun intended) you should be able to fix it up.
