Default Disc

If a person was to have a pro studo disc made and mixed without drums would there be any buyers out there. I may be getting on in life but I love my kit, but am fed up of playing along to the same track. I would like to be the drummer in the band.

There are play along discs you can buy as well as websites where you can download songs that have no drums in the mix. There aren't so many that another drumless cd wouldn't sell well, but you don't have to go to the trouble if you don't want to.

Firstly, a big welcome to the forum.
There are drumless discs out there, indeed there are threads here that broach that very subject. That said, a new source of such material would always be welcome. The only issue I see is that, in order to gain sufficient sales to ensure a payback, the quality would need to be really good and the selection of tunes & genre's quite expansive.
