I'm thinking aboutbthe Yamaha ds950. But I'll use any of them, as long as they're comfy. Let me know what you guys think.

I saw the Silverstone thrones in Rhythm Magazine a couple of months ago rated 5 stars. I haven't bought one myself due to the price (atleast £150) but they're meant to be some of the most comfortable, best quality thrones out there. Take a look around on their website below :)

I use a Tama 1st chair. I like the seat itself much better than the Roc'n'soc, I always felt like I was sinking into the fitted seat.

I have tried the Tama first Chair (nitro) and The RocnSoc nitro
the Tama has quite a bit more cushion and goes lower.

Both are very comfortable.

Hmmm SILVERSTONE Thrones:

(we use) Scottish leather because of the advantage of an indigenous skills base, prime beef herds and a plentiful supply of soft pure water.

As good as soft Corinthian leather.... I wonder? ☺

There are a lot of great drum thrones out there. Let your "rear end" decide rather than your wallet if at all possible.

RocNSoc is my vote. Had mine for four years now and still love it. Definately do not skimp on a throne and by all means sit on them and try them out a bit.
