Dave Elitch

Saw them on Friday with Dave and......
Best i've ever heard them! i have seen a few times (with pridgen and theodore)and this guy has that gospel flavour but with a huge pocket and restraint, the set list was amazing to lots of stuff from Deloused and frances the mute.Know we need to hear the stuff that he has written.

This guy's gonna go places. I've sent him emails asking him questions about his drumming and he answered back the next day. Very nice guy and some amazing chops with an incredible taste in music. Buy Shed Sessions Vol. 2 to see what I mean. Peace.

I'm interested to see how he's gonna fare on the new record. I've seen him play with TMV live and that was beyond satisfying, but most of what he played were either Thomas' or Jon's drum scores. I am confident that he can do similar original stuff himself, but I'm very curious to hear it.

For the rest, I have to agree on the above comments; gospel chops, but more restraint than Pridgen (still, I'd like to see him go crazy some more).
