I am selling my super drum set. You will not find anything bigger to beat on in your life! This has 11 bass drums, 17 10" toms, 9 12" toms, 7 13" toms, 8 snare drums, 10 14" toms, 11 16" floor toms, and 24 18" floor toms. Also has a LOT of cymbals, stands, hi-hat stands, cowbell stands, nightstands, and one night stands. Comes with 11 single bass drum pedals just to mess with your head trying to figure out how to use them all at once. I'll throw in a TAMA iron cobra double beater but I cant find it. Its in the mix somewhere, just cant remember where I put it. Cymbals are top of the line Zildjian ZBT ...I dont buy cheap cymbals! All the drums are cheap JC Penny/sears brand shells. These things sound amazing. Only giged one time (had to rent 7 u-hauls to get to the gig). Also has 14 cowbells, 5 sets of chimes, a broken HS set of bells. I will even throw in some old saw blades to gnaw your drumsticks on those special affect hits (sorry, no drumsticks included).
I'm only asking $8,000,000 OBO I might even throw in the drum carpet for the right deal on these babys. Carpet is 30' X 40'

I would really love to see a dwarf monster kit. 18 and 16 bass, 6,8, 10,12, 13, 14 and 15 toms, 12 or 13 inch snare. 10 pieces, none bigger than 18 inches. The trend now is to huge drums, even in four-piecers, and it would be cool to see a monster kit with small drums.

I got ya covered, but I do use standard size kicks. (see my avatar)

I play with a prog death, prog rock-metal, classic rock/metal bands, and jam with a rapper, avant garde, indie, and jazz/latin guys all the time. I also do a lot of solo stuff that doesn't really have a specific genre, but if I had to coin a term for this genre, I would name it spaghetti. One room, one kit, this is the result.

I still want (changed from need, lol) a rack, a set of 8 octobans to layer on top of my rack toms just below my crashes, crotales to the far left above the 3rd floor tom, a gong bass to replace the 3rd floor tom, a sample pad, and then I think I will have what I want to play with in all those styles.

Far left.

Latin stuff.

From the top.

Full kit from the left.

Right side.

new here , this is actually my 11 y.o. daughters set , but i guess since i'm the one that put it together for her i'll post it for her .
its sort of a mutt kit , based on a cross between pearl dx and ex kits .
the tom sizes are - a 6&8 " fiberglass , 10 , 12 13, 14, 15, 16 , and 16 and 18" floor toms .
22" bass and set of roto toms .
the finish is some sort of light green that she picked out on oak veneer covering .
she has six different snares to pick from but her favorite is the mutt snare i've been working on ( acrolite shell , legend strainer , pearl butt plate and still deciding on some lugs - so yeah ! a mutt ! )

WOW! I wish I'd been spoiled in such a cool manner! Hope she gets to really tearing that kit up (in the musical sense, that is).

yeah she is ! but she is deserving of it , she been on principals list every year of elementary school . hopefully it will carry on into middleschool !
btw she had her first lesson a couple of saturdays ago and it went really well . her teacher made some imediate changes in her stick holding and arm positioning , which should benefit her since shes so small !
just for kicks her are a couple of vids from before she went to the teacher ! hope you have your ear plugs in ! l.o.l. actually the camera mic makes it sound terrible .
also guys i know that this is side tracking this thread , so if you do not want it on here i will remove it .

You've inspired me. When I get home in two months or so, I'm going to try converting a 16inch floor tom to a bass drum using parts I already have. The kit will have 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 inch toms, 12 inch hats, and a piccolo snare. Most of the work will be on the floor tom, which needs to be repaired and reheaded. I'll keep you posted!
