Default Premier Snare Identification

Hiya everybody
I've got a snare by Premier here and I think it's from the late 80s early 90s. I think it has a metal shell. There's an ever play side head and a brand less pinstripe batter.
Serial number is 04019.
Can anyone help me find out what type it is and how much it's worst?
Thanks all

You need to post a picture to get a response out of this.
